Shipping Policy
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. This notification will be sent to the provided email address that is located under your account. After your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information, please allow 24 to 48 hours for the mail carrier to update your tracking information.
Shipping During Black Friday and Releases
During Black Friday and other releases please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. The shipping department makes every effort to fulfill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. The Taft Racing shipping department ships orders Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm est, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping On Taft Racing Products, Merchandise, and Attire
The Taft Racing products can be shipped both domestically and internationally. They also ship to both APO/FPO military addresses and PO Boxes.
For domestic purchases please be aware that inclimate weather, shipping delays, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. Please be patient and if you have questions about your tracking then reach out to Taft Racing customer service.
For international purchases please be aware that inclimate weather, shipping delays, custom requirements, and concerns relating to the recent pandemic may affect your delivery times. For international orders, in some cases, your country may charge additional duties, taxes, or import fees. These fees will be paid upfront on the Taft Racing website at time of purchase. The Taft Racing company does not mark up the price on shipping or any country’s custom fees. The company does not have control over these fees and is not responsible for setting the price. Taft Racing is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer then the Taft Racing Company is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items.
