Return and Refund Policy

To Our Taft Racing Family

Before submitting a Return Request through our contact page please make sure you read the information below. When submitting your request, please give our customer service team your Order Number, Name of the Item(s) You Wish to Return, & The Reason Behind the Return.

Return Policy on All Taft Racing Products

Our Return/Exchange Policy is only valid 45 days after you receive your order. This includes but is not limited to failure to receive a product, damage to the product and its packaging, quality of the product’s contents, and/or receipt of an incorrect product. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a Return/Exchange, your item must be unwashed or unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

When a return request is submitted, a Taft Racing customer service representative will reach out to you to confirm the condition of the product. Returns requested are subject to be refused.

Issuing a Refund, Store Credit, or Exchange

All purchases are charged and refunded in U.S dollars (USD). All Taft Racing is not responsible for the difference in financial exchange rates. 

The Taft Racing customer service team will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your submitted return request. Once the Taft Racing warehouse approves the condition of the received return, the customer service team will be notified to contact you and issue a refund, store credit, or exchange.

If you requested to be refunded to your original payment method, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days to see the refund on your account. For a full refund on apparel, product, or merchandise that are unopened, unused, and unworn you will be issued a full refund of the subtotal amount. This refund does not include shipping and handling charges.

If you requested to exchange your item, the customer service team will contact you to confirm what item you would like to exchange. They will also confirm whether that item, flavor, or size are in stock.

If you requested store credit, the customer service team will contact you to confirm that you have received a credit. They will issue a store credit code that you can use for a future Taft Racing purchase.

Please note that Taft Racing cannot provide returns or exchanges on international orders.

Replacing Or Qualifying for a Gift Item

All free promotional gift item(s)are while supplies last. Since there are limited quantities of these items, they cannot be replaced or exchanged. 

If applicable, you can qualify for a free promotional gift item(s) after you insert a discount code or when spending a certain amount during a promotion. A promotional code is redeemable before shipping and handling fees have been applied to the order.

International Customers

For international orders please note that we cover all duties, taxes, & import fees with your order. 

For USPS International Shipping, once delivered to your country it will be transferred to a local mail carrier, who will then deliver your package. Tracking is not available past the point of being delivered into the country. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered orders. Shipping time always varies due to International Customs Departments.
